A few years ago "flipping" was all the rage in the papers, news etc. Buy a house, slap some paint and new fixtures in it and turn around to sell for profit.
Guess what? It still is. Now more than ever, you can buy a house relatively cheap and do some minor remodeling and sell for a profit. Will your profit be as much as in previous years, that depends.
